Carved Tunisian Olive Wood Spurtle
Carved Tunisian Olive Wood Spurtle
Part spatula, part....urtle? Whatever the name means, it's a useful kitchen tool that you'll find yourself reaching for more often than you think. Use it for stirring big pots of soup, spreading and slathering, serving, or making your favorite risotto.
The handy Spurtle design originated in Scotland long ago as a tool for making porridge. It has a slender shape that helps stir without too much disturbance or creating lumps, for a creamy and smooth finish.
Made in Tunisia.
