OUR FAVORITES is a thoughtfully-curated selection of hard-to-find home and kitchen goods that we source from around the world, and manufacture in the USA. We look for cool and interesting things that are made with high-quality, sustainable materials and also support good causes.
Run by two chefs from Napa Valley who have worked, lived, and played together for over 10 years.
WE ALSO MAKE APRONS!
Our comfy cross back aprons are handmade in the U.S.A. in a zero waste, solar-powered facility with fair trade and recycled fabrics. We've spent decades in the traditional behind-the-neck chef's apron and wanted something more comfortable with handy pockets.
Created by a professional chef who likes to craft and loves her plants, who was never comfortable in the traditional apron and wanted something better.
We're doing our best to reduce negative environmental impact, provide amazing products, and support good suppliers.

Hi, I'm Stephanie, the founder of Her Favorites which is now OUR FAVORITES.
I've spent over a decade working as a professional chef in Michelin-level kitchens, wineries, and private homes. After spending so many years of my life in an industry that wastes food, uses tons of plastic, and contributes to unsustainable practices, I created Her Favorites to do some good. Now "we" work as a team, since I can't do it alone, and do our best find things we want to use so we can share them with you.

STORE POLICIES AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Please do not send inquiries for order status updates if your order is less than 14 days old – we are a small team with much to do! Our priority is shipping orders as fast as possible, and if there is an unusual delay with your order, we will contact you.

We generally package and ship orders within 5 business days, however longer wait times may occur during holidays, inclement weather, and promotional periods. Embroidered items may take an additional 3-5 days as they are made to order.

It may take a few days for tracking information to reflect after shipment, however if your shipped tracking number has not updated in more than 7 days, please contact us at sales(@)shopherfavorites.com.

Orders ship via:

USPS First Class (3-7 days) : Free shipping over $50, $5.00 flat rate

UPS Ground (3-7 days): Free shipping over $50, $5.00 flat rate

USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 days) : $10.00

International orders ship via:

USPS First Class International (1-2 weeks): $20.00

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned by the post office. If your item shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the post office with your tracking number. We are not liable for packages once they have left our office, and are not able to track or manage shipments out of our possession.

RETURNS:

Please return items within 15 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns on used, broken, soiled, worn, or any product that is unable to be resold.

You are responsible for the shipment of your return to our office, and we recommend using a service with tracking. Items eligible for refund will have a $7.50 restock fee per item deduction. Items returned in worn, damaged, soiled or otherwise used condition will not be eligible for refund.
