STORE POLICIES AND RETURNS
Please do not send inquiries for order status updates if your order is less than 14 days old – we are a small team with much to do! Our priority is shipping orders as fast as possible, and if there is an unusual delay with your order, we will contact you.
We generally package and ship orders within 5 business days, however longer wait times may occur during holidays, inclement weather, and promotional periods. Embroidered items may take an additional 3-5 days as they are made to order.
It may take a few days for tracking information to reflect after shipment, however if your shipped tracking number has not updated in more than 7 days, please contact us at sales(@)shopherfavorites.com.
Orders ship via:
USPS First Class (3-7 days) : Free shipping over $50, $5.00 flat rate
UPS Ground (3-7 days): Free shipping over $50, $5.00 flat rate
USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 days) : $10.00
International orders ship via:
USPS First Class International (1-2 weeks): $20.00
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned by the post office. If your item shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact the post office with your tracking number. We are not liable for packages once they have left our office, and are not able to track or manage shipments out of our possession.
Please return items within 15 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns on used, broken, soiled, worn, or any product that is unable to be resold.
You are responsible for the shipment of your return to our office, and we recommend using a service with tracking. Items eligible for refund will have a $7.50 restock fee per item deduction. Items returned in worn, damaged, soiled or otherwise used condition will not be eligible for refund.
